The Mental Health Association of Central Oklahoma offers a variety of programs to assist individuals on their road to prevention and treatment of mental health and substance abuse issues. Our staff is committed to helping individuals access needed mental health services and may serve as an advocate for clients who encounter barriers to receiving services.
Adolescent Wellness Services
TeenScreen is a national mental health and suicide risk screening program for young people. The pioneer program of the National Center for Mental Health Checkups at Columbia University is committed to making the mental health of America’s youth a national priority. Screening can take place in schools, clinics, shelters and a variety of other youth-serving organizations and settings. The Mental Health Association of Central Oklahoma provides TeenScreen to schools and communities free of charge. Complete program implementation, materials, screening questionnaires, and referral information are included. Sunbridge Low Cost Counseling Program
Sunbridge Counseling Service is designed to supplement the counseling services that currently exist in the community. Sunbridge matches people in need with volunteer mental health professionals from the community.
