The Referral Center for Alcohol and Drug Services of Central Oklahoma, Inc. (The Referral Center, or TRC) is the only private, not-for-profit program in central Oklahoma available 24-hours a day, seven days a week to assess (and admit when appropriate) consumers—persons identified as needing substance abuse services without regard of financial ability.
