SoonerStart is Oklahoma's Early Intervention program for families of infants and toddlers, birth to 36 months, who have developmental delays. SoonerStart professionals in your community can provide a developmental evaluation, if you have questions about your child's development. If your child is eligible for services, SoonerStart provides services where your child typically spends time: for example, home or childcare.

Red Rock's Systems of Care provides focuses on children with serious emotional disturbance who are at risk of out of home placement, who are having difficulties in two or more life domains, and who are receiving services from multiple social service providers. Individual services are provided under the direction of a child and family team, made up of both formal and informal supports. Services include, but are not limited to crisis intervention, respite care, use of flexible funds to meet immediate needs, and the development of a family driven interagency treatment plan.

Red Rock's Outpatient treatment programs provide individual, group and family counseling. They offer comprehensive, coordinated, and defined services that may vary in level of intensity. Outpatient programs address a variety of needs, including, but not limited to: situational stressor, family relations, interpersonal issues, psychiatric illnesses, addictions and mental health issues. Red Rock’s Outpatient Programs serve individuals with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders. Services are specific to the developmental stage and needs of each client. Treatment is provided in the community as well as at Red Rock office locations. Substance abuse counseling provides education, support, and the skills needed to battle chemical use/dependency. These services include HIV education, training and counseling for substance dependent persons and their spouses/partners. All drug dependent clients are referred for HIV testing and counseling. The goal of the outpatient programs is to provide accessible, comprehensive services responsive to each individual client and for each to obtain their optimal level of functioning in the home and community. This will be evidenced by effective management of psychiatric symptoms and/or substance use. Almost 70% of outpatients met their individualized treatment objective over the course of treatment.

The CBYSU maintains, monitors, and provides technical assistance to a comprehensive network of designated youth service agencies throughout Oklahoma that provide quality prevention, early intervention, and treatment services to at-risk youth and families. The services provided include: emergency shelter beds; First Time Offender Program; Community Intervention Centers; crisis intervention; individual, family, and group counseling; prevention and substance abuse groups; transitional living programs; teen court programs; and tutoring, mentoring, and case management.
