DBSA Support Groups are not a pity party, not a dating service, not a gripe session, not a place for lectures, not a place to diagnose and not a place to gossip or harass. DBSA Support Groups are peer led, are safe and non-judgmental, confidential, free of charge, offer emotional support, friendship and a sense of belonging, share experiences, information and strategies for living SUCCESSFULLY with mood disorders. University of Central Oklahoma meets at the Nigh Center on the 4th Floor on Wednesdays at 4pm.
